In the outer northern part of Copenhagen there is a rough area consisting of many different ethnicities. There is a main road on a bridge crossing a huge park. The area at the end of the bridge is rarely used as it is furthest away from the city and is quite dark at night. This building provides sound, life, and people to that part through music. At the same time, it functions as a direct link between the road, the park, and all the different tempos in the area.
